The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission’s ninth annual observance of William Penn Heritage Day will be celebrated at most of the historic sites and museums on Sunday, October 20. The day – marking the 341st birthday of the founder – will be commemorated with special activities and events, including crafts demonstrations and lectures.
