News presents briefs about current and forthcoming programs, events, exhibits and activities of historical and cultural institutions in Pennsylvania.

From July 1, 2010, through the end of the year, photographers were invited to submit their best shots of historic sites and museums along the Pennsylvania Trails of History administered by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC). Awards were presented in Best Overall, Best Creative, Best Exterior, and Honorable Mention categories.
